4th Batch of LSIs Arrive In Bicol Thru Hatid Tulong

One-hundred fifty two locally stranded individuals (LSIs) arrived in Bicol Region via train thru the Department of Transportation’s (DOTr) “Hatid Tulong” program last July 28, 2020.
The LSIs were dropped off at various stations in Bicol Region based on their destination. The breakdown of LSIs per province and drop off stations are: 8, Camarines Norte LSIs at Philippine National Railways (PNR) Ragay Station; 35, Camarines Sur at PNR Libmanan and PNR Iriga Station; and 46, Albay; 41, Sorsogon; 17, Masbate; and 5, Catanduanes at PNR Ligao City Station.
The arriving LSIs from Catanduanes, Masbate and Sorsogon shall be fetched by the respective provincial LGUs at PNR Ligao City Station.
The train left Tutuban Station in Manila at 5:22 AM last July 27, 2020 and arrived at its end destination past 6:00 AM at Ligao City last July 28, 2020.
The “Hatid Tulong” program is led by DOTr and in coordination with the Presidential Management Service (PMS), Bicol Inter-Agency Task Force (BIATF) and Regional Task Force (RTF) for Covid-19.#
