mga otoridad.
Kinilala ang
negosyante na si Angelo Lagamayo Benzon, 48 anyos, residente ng BrgyTugos,
Sorsogon City at pagmamay ari ng ERL Pharmacy na matatagpuan sa Magsaysay Street, Brgy. Sulucan, Sorsogon City.
Ayon kay
Police Lieutenant Colonel Benito E Dipad, Chief of Police ng Sorsogon City
Police Station, inaresto ang mga ito dahil sa pagbebenta ng mas mahal na presyo kaysa sa suggested retail
price ng alkohol.
Narekober sa
mga ito ang isang gallon ng 70% solution Zach Isopropyl Alcohol, 22 gallon ng 70%
solution Isopropyl Alcohol, Php 1,000.00 bill na ginamit bilang entrapment
money at sales invoice na nakapangalan sa nasabing parmasya na may petsang Mayo
15, 2020.
Kasama din sa inaresto an pharmacy assistant na si Denely Alarzar, 22 anyos, residente ng Brgy Miluya, Castilla, Sorsogon.
